We offer drying system for oil cooled transformers for removing the moisture content present In transformer oil during operation. Since, this method can be carried out while the transformer is loaded it increases the amount of moisture removed from the oil. 

We offer Online Dissolved Gas Analysis (DGA) which monitor and assess pending or incipient faults within transformers. It is a predictive monitoring system which helps the user to plan maintenance in an efficient way in advance. We use gas chromatography with proven reliable results. Onsite calibration ensures the reliable operation of the unit which makes it powerful diagnosis tool to avoid transformer failures.

We offer Smart breather used for removing excess moisture from the air entering the transformer. It's automated system analyzes the transformer breathing patterns and accordingly removes the moisture from silica gel thereby saving resources required for maintenance of silica gel.It is powerful tool which can replace frequent replacement of silica gel.

We offer on-line partial discharge (PD) monitoring system for transformers, based on industry accepted UHF technology.It is used to continuously assess the performance of insulation in a transformers so that corrective actions can be taken before any failure occurs. 

At the same time, further measures such as repair or additional diagnostic measurements can be initiated and so transformer failure shall be avoided.

We offer Online Bushing Monitoring System for transformer bushings which predict defects in bushing insulation.  These defects are related to partial breakdowns, moisture, contact problems and ageing of insulation material. Accurate and early incipient fault detection ensures reliable operation and reduces supply outages.

We offer extra large pressure relief device to provide pressure relief and insulating fluid containment (requires optional piping) on transformers and load tap changers during over pressure conditions. It automatically reseals once pressure has fallen.

 We offer solutions for Measuring transformer temperatures such as direct winding, calculated winding, main tank oil, load tap changer, ambient.It consolidates temperature information with alarm contacts and other information using customizable relays. 

The T2™ probe is a robust, oil-permeable fiber optic temperature sensor for use inside oil-filled power transformers. It is specifically designed to withstand initial manufacturing conditions, including kerosene desorption and heat runs, as well as long-term oil immersion and vibration. The probes can be embedded in a standard spacer or attached directly onto any other location inside power transformer windings.

 SF6 Recirculation and Dehumidification System ACTIVE by Synecom allows SF6 gas contained in compartments to be filtered. Active is designed to dehumidify and dedust the SF6 gas contained in electrical equipment both during equipment downtime and during normal operation. The dehumidification and dedusting of SF6 gas are guaranteed by 8 filters installed in parallel on the system.
